Terms for using the Marketing Eraa website and making an enquiry.

Website use
This website is operated by Marketing Eraa, New Delhi, India. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s information, submit spam or introduce harmful code.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry is a request for a conversation. It does not create a service contract, reserve delivery capacity or commit either party to a purchase. We aim to contact you within one business day during our office hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM IST, excluding holidays.
Service agreements and pricing
Services are priced through a custom proposal. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, advertising budgets, timelines, reporting frequency, revisions, ownership, cancellation and payment terms must be agreed in writing before work begins. There is no fixed minimum contract period across all services; the accepted proposal governs the particular engagement.
Advertising platform fees, third-party subscriptions and other external expenses are included only when expressly stated. These website terms do not create a refund policy for a service engagement; any cancellation or refund terms must be set out in the written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Results and case studies
Case studies show selected historical examples. Dashboard metrics, reporting periods and agency-reported outcomes are labelled in context. Past results do not guarantee future leads, sales, revenue, rankings, reach or return on advertising spend. Performance depends on factors including the offer, audience, budget, website, competition, attribution and platform changes. Revenue is not profit.
Content and intellectual property
Marketing Eraa’s original website copy, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names, platform marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reusing our content commercially. Ownership and licences for commissioned client work are governed by the relevant written agreement.
External platforms and links
Advertising and third-party platform services remain subject to their own availability, policies and terms. We do not control external websites, Google Maps or third-party outages. Links do not imply endorsement of every statement on an external service.
Accuracy and responsibility
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but content can change and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of general website information. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides a signed service agreement.
