Who we are

Information we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service required, project details and your consent record. We also record the submission time and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the project description.
For abuse prevention, our server uses a daily hash of the network address to limit repeated requests. Hosting providers may also process technical logs for security and service operation.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, discuss a proposal, keep a record of the conversation and protect the form from abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional newsletters.
Optional enquiry analytics
You can choose whether to enable optional analytics using the Analytics Preferences link in the footer. With permission, we record page views, enquiry-button clicks and phone or email link clicks. Our website analytics events contain the event type, page path and time, not the contents of the form or your contact details. If permission is given, submitted enquiries may also contain campaign source, medium and campaign labels from the page URL.
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. Google Analytics is not loaded if you decline. Withdrawing permission disables tracking on this website and clears its Google Analytics cookies. You can decline optional analytics without affecting the enquiry form. We use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow optional analytics. Google may process analytics cookies, device and browser information, page interactions and approximate geographic information to provide reports. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. We do not send the contents of your enquiry or your contact details in our configured analytics events. We have not installed Meta Pixel. Google Analytics report retention is controlled in the Analytics property settings.
Service providers and external services
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and secure data storage. Authorised Marketing Eraa personnel can access enquiry records through a protected dashboard. If email notification or Google Sheets delivery is enabled, those providers process the information needed to deliver and manage the enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information.
Google Maps loads only after you choose to load the map on the Contact page. The map and links to external services are governed by those providers’ privacy policies. Our hosting and service providers may process data outside India.
Retention and security
Website enquiry records and consent records are retained for up to 12 months, unless they become part of an ongoing client relationship or need to be retained for a lawful purpose. Our own optional analytics event records are kept for up to 90 days. Daily abuse-prevention records are kept for up to 24 hours. The application removes expired website records during subsequent form submissions or authorised dashboard access.
We restrict dashboard access and use encrypted website connections. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, withdraw your consent to further enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern by emailing services@marketingeraa.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify the request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already undertaken or information we must retain for a lawful purpose. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.
Children and updates
This website is intended for business enquiries from adults. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change; the updated date will appear above.
